Frank Feysa AIFD has been extensively involved in the floral industry as a retail florist in Northeastern Ohio for 29 years. Recently, he has conducted hands-on workshops and floral programs that have included corsage and body flowers, design techniques, and fresh takes on industry standards. He was invited to join the American Institute of Floral Designers in 2002 and currently serves as President Elect of the North Central Region of AIFD. A recent floral project included “Frankly Floral Art” a floral event in conjunction with the Frank Lloyd Wright Dana Thomas House in Springfield, Illinois and a group of AIFD Members. The event drew record crowds at the Dana Thomas House and was documented in Flora Magazine and his work was also featured on a recent Flora cover and photo shoot. Frank is a graduate of Hiram College in Hiram, Ohio majoring in Plant Biology and Spanish and is also an American Orchid Society certified judge, specializing in Central and South American orchid species.
