  1. I am a retail florist. Can I buy OASIS® Floral Products direct?

    We sell our products only to floral wholesalers and distributors throughout the country. You may contact our customer service department at 1-800-321-8286 to find the wholesaler nearest you.

  2. I am a floral wholesaler. How can I become an OASIS® Floral Products customer?

    Please call us at 1-800-321-8286 and we will be happy to discuss the process and send you the necessary forms.

  3. Can I buy OASIS® Floral Products from your web site?

    We do not offer the purchase of our products from our web site.

  4. What is the proper way to soak OASIS® foam and how long does it take?

    Generally speaking, saturation time varies from ten seconds to two minutes. Use the "float soak" method - place the foam on the surface of the water and nutrient mixture. Let the foam absorb the mixture until it rests at the surface. Do not forcibly submerge, as this will result in dry spots, which deny flower stems of hydration.

  5. Should OASIS® Instant foam (punched) be soaked with the holes facing up or down?

    OASIS® Instant foam is punched for extra fast saturation. Punched foam should always be placed into water with the holes facing down to reduce saturation time.

  6. Can I use OASIS® floral foam after it has dried out?

    We strongly recommend that you use the foam right after you have soaked it. However, if you find that you are unable to use the foam immediately after soaking, leave the foam in the soaking container for up to 24 hours, rather than letting it dry out.

  7. Do OASIS® Floral Adhesive and LOMEY® FLORALOCK™ hold up in the cooler?

    Yes.

  8. What can I do to prolong the life of cut flowers?

    Proper use of Floralife® Flower Foods extends flower life longer than plain water. Floralife Crystal Clear® Fresh Flower food keeps vase solution clear, eliminating murkiness and offensive odors. Be sure to follow directions exactly to maximize flower life.

  9. What adhesive products should be used with LOMEY® Design Systems?

    LOMEY Adhesive is specifically designed to adhere to all Design Systems' acrylic and polystyrene components, such as Pedestals, Columns, Designer Dishes, Rim Pads, Pedestal Arms and Universal Pieces. To secure Pedestal Foams to dishes, use OASIS® Double-Faced Tape.

  10. How do I prevent the OASIS® Floral Adhesive can from drying out?

    Use only a small amount in the applicator bottle and store the remainder in the can, making sure to close the lid tightly. OASIS Floral Adhesive also comes in a convenient tube, which is less likely to dry out.

  11. How do I prevent the LOMEY® FLORALOCK™ Stem Adhesive spray straw from clogging?

    After using FLORALOCK Stem Adhesive, remove any remaining adhesive from the straw by snipping off the end of the straw.
